An
Autumn Equinox Celebration
with
Barbara Bizou
Traditionally, in many
parts of the world, the autumn equinox is a harvest celebration,
a moment for people to come together to offer blessings and gratitude
for the abundance they have received during the warm months as they
anticipate the transition to winter. It is an ideal time to reflect
and go inward and to remember that the seeds of fall will become
the new growth of spring. This evening, we will engage in ceremony,
meditation, music and visualization; celebrate and appreciate our
own personal harvests; acknowledge our evolving journeys; and use
the gathering’s collective energy to bring in new resources that
can support our happiness and success for the new season. We will
end with a ritual of peace for the planet.
Location: The NY Open
Center, 83 Spring Street, NY NY 10012
Cost: $20.00
